Business Philosophy
At Recker Ag Services, we follow the Pioneer "Long Look" founded by Henry Wallace in 1952.
The Long Look has 4 basic principles:
1. We strive to produce the best products on the market.
Recker Ag uses local research and on farm testing to figure out what works best in northeast Iowa.
2. We deal honestly and fairly with our customers, seed growers, employees, sales force, business associates, customers and shareholders.
Recker Ag treats the customer as we would like to be treated.
3. We advertise and sell our products vigorously, but without misrepresentation.
At Recker Ag Services we are not as aggressive as most salesmen, but we have also heard that is why people enjoy working with us.
4. We give helpful management suggestions to our customers to assist them in making the greatest possible profit from our products.
At Recker Ag, we sell from a farmer’s perspective when it comes to Seed and Crop Insurance. You are buying more than just the product, you are buying the service.
